That is true. Without air force and fleet, Ukrainians are in fact doing an exceptional job. But Washington Post has always been negative. I remember last year they published a piece about how bad is the situation and how low is the morale in the Ukrainian army, they were close to fall. Not long after that, Harkiv was eliberated.
