I think everybody expected that Russia will become a democracy back in 1994. They were fooled.
Ukraine is being killed not theoretically, but practically. And our guarantors must respond - practically. So far, it all looks like a desire to remove responsibility from yourself. And it's a shame. But the security system is broken. What fool would believe them now? They destroyed everything themselves.
