Not having an Aleksandrovka every 20 km would be like not having a Lenin street or square (or both) in every village. Totally unacceptable.
BTW, there's also at least 4 Lyubimovkas in Kursk oblast alone.
And there are the ubiquitous Lenin statues, still after everything! We have the best one the Soviets made in Seattle’s Fremont district.
Well, I've read that the one in Sudzha was successfully decommunized. Probably more to come - at least now we know what the REAL aim of this operation was.
