Thanks Don for all your effort to brings infos. Do you have any infos about australian slinger? It looks as modern gepard and if it works as advertisied then it can be really big help.
Machine guns are being used as point defense weapons against drones so a Slinger would definitely increase Ukraine's capabilities against drones. I posted a report, probably back in October, that 160 were headed to Ukraine with the first arriving sometime around December. I don't know how many of those 160 are currently in Ukraine but they've been using them to protect bases and facilities, so they aren't getting a lot of exposure.
Since the average salary for a NK government job is $4 a month, the soldiers are probably making less than $115 a year. The county school system where I live has a bigger annual budget than North Korea's GDP.
I think there is abig mix-up in that post about german arms deliveries... I had a look on the Bundesregierung website and all of the equipment listed is what Germany has provided so far. I find more interesting to look at the section below called "Military support to Ukraine in planning/in execution". I personally don't trust twitter posts that much in terms of "reliable" sources...
Thank you, Donald, for all four parts and all the details.
That part about Orban admitting to being a tool is just gold.
Thanks for these 4 updates Don, I always look forward to them

"North Korea will reportedly be paid $115 a year for these 5,000-man brigades"
That's less than ten bucks a month! Is it per one man or per the whole brigade?
"Million" is missing, sorry.
Ah, I almost thought NK troops are that cheap :)

Biggest threat to the current Russia is China, not Ukraine, nor NATO and smart Russians know it. Chine has already leased and exploits 5 million hectares of Siberia. https://www.trtrussian.com/mnenie/territorialnye-pretenzii-kitaya-k-rossii-kto-vyigraet-otlozhennyj-spor-5553673
Chinese imperialism is very same like the Russian one - that land was "ours" for couple of years hundred years ago, so belong to us forever.
Dear Don, thank you for report! I wanted to write a few comments on the drone developments, but instead written a short summery with some sources here: https://zenitha.substack.com/p/the-state-of-drones-10th-july-2024?r=3xwdx1
