It’s been too long coming, but I hope that when the policy change allowing US weapons to be launched into Russia is made, the public announcement will be made by Ukrainian field artillery.
Let's hope that the attack on Kharkiv region has brought into stark focus the ridiculousness of denying of Ukraine using western weapons in Russian soil.
GLMRS has been effected by jamming for quite some time. When it no longer has access to the GPS satellites it cannot correct its inertial guidance. If this jamming happens shortly before impact then the error will be minimal. If it happens earlier in the flight and remains jammed for the duration then the error will be greater.
Many stories are picked up by other publications and repeated. Some of them are correct and some are not. The amount of times a story is repeated does not change this fact.
I've watched a lot of videos. The groups that post videos usually only post their successes but I've seen so many successes for GLMRS that it is extremely unlikely that have a 90% failure rate. At $168,000 each, if the failure rate was that high then the M31 rocket would be withheld from operations until a solution was found. This has happened with other weapon systems. I see no evidence that the M31 rocket has ever been withheld from combat operations.
China is watching. Who can believe these restrictions on weapons use has any deterrent on an attack on Taiwan, or that there would be a response at all?
They must have accidentally turned on the AC, inhaled some fresh air...
Thanks Don and Tom!
Thank you so much.

I read somewhere, that because of the Russian EW jamming, the Himars hit rate has dropped to 10%. Is that correct?

When I read about modern diplomacy I call to mind the BBC series "Yes, Prime Minister". Through 30 years nothing has changed. https://youtu.be/QgkUVIj3KWY?si=ldh-iotmyAWA96po
Spanish left party Sumar blocks a ship with 120mm and 125mm grenades from India to Czech Republic. They say the destination is Israel. I doubt very much Israel is buying such grenades, so the real destination is apparent. Then, they are either stupid or corrupt, see https://www.e15.cz/zahranicni/spor-o-lod-se-zbranemi-pro-cesko-spanelska-levice-ji-chce-blokovat-tvrdi-ze-jsou-pro-izrael-1415776 (use Google translate).
