It would be nice if such detail was reflected in how the media reports what's happening in Ukraine but then Ukraine's armed forces do have this annoying habit of not adhering to 'the narrative.'
'the Kursk defences are caving in, isn't that right?!?'
'nah bro, we're just letting the enemy bunch up a bit. Saves on artillery shells. '
That lone Ukrainian guy has balls of iron. Being alone and holding six attackers is no fun (and the video shows the serious lack of manpower, if a single guy with a t-shirt faces off half a dozen attaackers armed and wearing armor)
He does. Unit density is much lighter than WW2, and even by this war's standard there are some very thinly held lines. It's not uncommon for Russian assaults to penetrate a line by a couple kilometers only to be eliminated.
This Belousov guy is really starting to tick me off. Visiting the front line, sacking incompetent commanders. Demanding honesty. It is unacceptable and really must stop.
Silvaka VM-8 MLRS - correct name Siyalka (Сіялка) = seeder
I think you are not right but Don is https://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A1%D1%96%D0%B2%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%BA%D0%B0-%D0%92%D0%9C8
The spelling then is Sivalka and it does indeed mean seeder.
Thanks
Excellent update, thank you!
