That's Kinburn split south of Mykolaiv - I think the Russians don't want to risk sending their AD into the range of Ukrainian artillery and MLRS near Kherson, thus they cannot protect Kinburn. https://real-vin.com/bajraktari-znajshli-diru-u-ppo-okupantiv

Now it's September, how much time does Ukraine have left to advance before the weather starts to impede them?

Thats a good point. And since the Ukrainians doesnt use armoured column in their attacks the attacks might not be so hampered by the mud. In beginning. But then it will of course bog down everything.

That actually depends on the weather)

Historically, that can start anytime from mid-september to late october.

I'd say anytime from mid-October to mid-March (if the autumn is dry and/or warm)

Deep state reported fighting east of Verbove! It means a good advance

It was a typo in deepstate report, it should be 'west part of Verbove'.

I guess it has been already corrected. However, deepstate reports are very conservative.

One of the best updates since the beginning of this stupid war ( do we know one that is not stupid ? Probably not. But certain wars deserve a stupidity award, and this one is the GOAT in this category , I guess )

Let’s go to Tokmak !( for a start )

Non stupid wars… depend on point of view and circumstances I guess. In the end WW2 was not stupid. But not perfect, nor without stupidity. (But that I guess was given.)

This one was even more stupid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vb30RgyZ-gw

The Emperor of Japan attacked and eliminated the strongest tribe of the country (together with his grandson), but in the process had to transfer all his power to the office of Shogun he established to win the war.

Many thanks for your efforts (even in weekend). The good things, if brief, are double good; it’s a wonderful sight see captured artillery positions, a real good measure of the advance so far. Hope to read more good news tomorrow.

Boy, that sounds like a different type of progress, in comparison to the last weeks, also given Tom assessed it to be of important nature to provide an update here. Fingers crossed Ukraine will gain some momentum here 🤞🏼
