When Ukrainians will counter-attack.Do you have any hints when the spring offensive will takes place? As you describe the situation it must be easy to recapture territory.
Looks like i guess about area of ZSU attacks several days ago, just cite" ZSU in difficult position in and around Bakhmut. Of course want to change. But CAN NOT. The best: cut russians on North or on South of Bakhmut. But CAN NOT".
So attacks in places max distance from russian artillery, UAVs, bomds, - shortly where simpliest
Of course, if Tom goes out, world tremble. Thanks for the update as usual.
BTW, a cute Viennese girl explain me the “No kangaroos in Austria” T-shirts hanged at every souvenir shop, back in the ‘92... palm-faced it still is “in order”.
"That Hill over Klishchiivka" would be a great achievement.
About air warfare: what do you think about italian delivered Aspide, Spada and Samp-T? I didn't hear much of them in this war.
- Panavia Tornado: I know, someone can dream about. But wouldn't it will be the right choice for the Ukr AF? Decommissioning in numbers in UK, Germany and Italy (and what about spares parts?), very low altitude and Sead missions, IDS, ECR and ADV versions, use of Storm Shadow, Brimstone, Agm-88, Jdam... All of which are already in ukrainian use...
- P.s. Germany announced 4 more Iris-T Slm (total 8), 6 Iris-T SLS launchers and 15 more Gepards. Is finally something going in the right direction?
Well, I'm all the time waiting to see some of Italian SAMs in operations with the PSU. Just, they're not shown anything.... so, can't say.
Tornado: it's similar to F-16AMs. Old and worn out, lacking spares, not sure they would be of any serious use. At least they can't do anything the PSU's (heavily modified, meanwhile) Su-24s couldn't do.

I wonder how can Psu keep making a reasonable number of sorties with Su-24. Psu lost at least 16-17 of them out of (maybe?) 23-24 planes. Are they able to make good use of the dozens of planes Ukraine inherited from Ussr, or are those already been scrapped/used for spares? In other words: how is Psu going to keep making sorties and make use of Nato ordnances with the mounting losses and wear?
Thank you for the update. I am hoping we get some more info on what went down with those 4 RU Aircraft going down, but am totally cool with nothing being said if it buggers up the RU. Also, got your War In Ukraine part 2 about the first 6 months of the current fight. Loved it, and I'm looking forward to the next installment if you can ever get some time.
Presumably Russia had their Mainstay in the air and can look at their radar recordings to see what happened to their aircraft. Or knowing the Russians then maybe not?
Why should it be in Austria?
So, you 'miss' all the parts of the report quoting Russian sources, and simply conclude that I'm only following Ukrainian sources....
....before descending into the usual online psychoanalysis?
Any idea what am I doing with people who're trying to online-psychoanalysing me?
Did I ever claim they're complete?
Looking forard to your next "holiday".
Thanks a lot Tom.
Enjoy Austria
Was in Slovenia, the last two days. Specifically, here:

And no cuts. No surround.
Thank you very much Tom. In ocean of hipe and propaganda and lies, too difficult find objective info
Lol
Wonderful detailed and informative presentation as always, Tom... in awe of your work ethic!
Of course, if Tom goes out, world tremble. Thanks for the update as usual.

Hi Tom, thanks for the report.

Tornado would take 2 years to train the pilots.

That's going to take some time to reconstruct and explain, but I'm working on it.
Slava Austria !!
Thanks Tom, Boy oh boy I liked this report. what a difference some good training ammo and equipment makes
Did u mention the UA ammo dump popping? I didn't see it I. A skim read.
Why would you compare "Hrim-2 ballistic missiles to "OTR-21 Tochka, aka SS-21"? it is much closer to OTR-23 Oka aka SS-23 Spider.
Wait, you are Australlian from Austria? :D
