How eager will the russian POWs be to answer questions? I imagine that a conscript will have low morale anyway and might be willing to talk, but then he doesn't know much anyway. The HVIs on the other hand may have some motivation and training to withstand interrogation at least until their knowledge becomes at least partially obsolete. How "persuasive" are the Ukrainian interrogations?

Forget the conscripts: they're clueless.

But, the FSB... and all the documentation left in the local FSB-headquarters... alone that's going to keep the Ukrainians busy for weeks and months.

Excellent write up. As you say, we'll likely never hear just exactly what intel they extracted, but I do very much hope they're able to acquire plenty from their captures.
