For bank transfers, some applications such as revolut require recipient's address. Sometimes it's possible to go without it, but in all cases it speeds up the transfer. Let us know if possible.

Revolut...

What else is around? Any kind of 'European PayPal'?

Revolut (UK based) works so far well, but it wants the post adress of the recipient (Anastasiia). So if possible, put the post adress on your blog. Other online payment providers such as Wise and some banks are similar. Unfortunately transfers are not straightforward

Struggling with my Lithuanian bank to accept the bank details. No excuse for them. But can you confirm it is a UK bank, and I can pay in Euros? I can try Revolut, or Wise.

It's a regular bank account in Ukraine. Revolut works, but requires the post adress of the recipient

Yes, it's a regular bank in Ukraine.

I only do not understand why are so many European banks causing such problems: this is meanwhile well beyond' even Basel 3... (and jerks are cashing so heftily, too).

Thanks! You mean Musk has deleted PayPal accounts?

That’s what I’m also interested. I thought Musk got rid of PayPal - and now it is merged (acquired) by eBay?

Are you sure that the IBAN is correct? With my banking software it appeared that one digit is missing.

Have re-checked, and the IBAN and Swift are correct.

Anastasiia has an Euro account for this donation, too: this is now listed in the main feature (Update 19), too.

I used Paypal. 😉

Keep up the good work.

Our charity has has some success with Wise. It's not perfect. Like you we have to use multiple methods to get donations and move money. What works for one person in one part of the world will not work for another. Its frustrating.

Hello!

I'm short on money, but I can donate 5-6 binoculars!

All military-grade, including Hensoldt and Zeiss.

How can we arrange transport?

Best regards, Wolfgang

Thanks for the update. It is good to get these messages. At least something useful I can do to support. Regarding the technicalities, as long as PayPal works I use that. It accepts me sending money to Anastasia without any fuss. Yes, I understand there are fees and losses, but it works and I can do the transfer quickly. I think it’s preferable with a hassle free transfer. But if your message above was that PayPal stopped working for such transactions then I will of course use the bank accounts.

Presently, yes, PayPal is working in most convenient fashion for most of donors (even if not as conventiently for Anastasiia).

My mention of the PP was foremost meant in sense of: 'this could easily change'.

Yes, I have no doubt of that. I understand it is not so convenient for Anastasia and I am sorry for that. But I know that this ease of donation makes at least me donate more. Because it is easy to donate, then I do it. Heck, PayPal now has face recognition, I just open the app, choose pay Anastasia, pay in Euro, amount. That’s it. No need to know anything about Swift codes, Ibann, Anastasia’s address… and no codes and pesky authentication. Think, open app, donate. And yes, Elon Musk was smart when he focused on our laziness to select payment options.
