When Biden established those secondary sanctions, China, India and Turkey stopped buying Russian oil. Now, Russia's oil is so cheap that a Turkish refinery is willing to accept the sanction because they'll still make more money buying Russian oil.

Yeah, I guess the graph was missing an explanation: The left column and the blue line are the PSU strikes, so Ukraine is averaging about 15 a day. The right column and red line are the Russian airstrikes and they're averaging about a hundred a day.

Could be 2,3,4 times more, but 10?

Do not forget that most of electrinonics are taken from China, with double price at worst.

Regarding the destruction of EW systems. The price probably doesn’t matter, but does taking out such systems affect the battlefield conditions?
