Yesno. I'm trying to explain - without going into too many details I consider 'too sensitive' - that Ukraine needs no Excalibur shells for its M777s to reach targets about 43-45km away.
Let me just add: contrary to the Russian side, where there is such a critical shortage of 122mm shells that they have multiple artillery brigades sitting on their hands for over a month, and despite Russian strikes on the Ukrainian infrastructure - supply of 155mm shells in Ukraine is no problem. Indeed, Ukrainian artillerists are very happy about available stocks.
Re. Kvitnik... sorry if this is drawing a smile on my face, but: yes, 'sure', everybody is 'certain' that the Ukrainians have 'abandoned' their version of the Krasnopol shell 'already years ago'.
....just like everybody is sure that Ukrainian Armed Forces are 'going to collapse, within 1-14 days', and that since the start of this war.
