By side what I get to hear from private sources, but: why should the Russians announce shelling of Rubizhne and Starytsya there, and why should the GenStab-U 'complain' about Russian shelling Rubizhne and Starytsya - if both places are under Russian control, as marked on that map....?

Besides, sorry, but: after falling for few Russian claims, I'm EXTREMELY sceptical about anything they report.
