Re. HAWKS: a lot. At least three-four battalions/sites per city like Dnipropetrovsk, just for example.

The West has the hardware, don't worry: it's either holding back 'for own defence' or for economic interests (see all the stored items, instead of which the West is delivering stuff that's currently in production).
