Re. Germany: I happen to at least understand how badly was the Bundeswehr disarmed under Merkel. Thus, refusing to succumb to the media- and CDU/CSU-inspired hysteria. Yes, Ukraine is in urgent need, but Germany can't disarm itself even more.

Foremost: a) Berlin said loudly it's not going to announce everything it's sending, and b) the 'other things' it could send would take Ukrainians months to learn to use

Finally, and for similar reasons, all th epossible 'loud' suppliers - like USA, France, UK - aren't sending more of heavy weapons.

This war is not going to be over by the end of this month, nor by the end of this year. On the contrary, Putin is counting on the Western resolve to collapse after a few months. Thus, be patient.
