Re. Kharkiv....Primary problem in the area along the border is the Russian artillery north of the border. USA are 'cautioning' Ukraine into 'restraint', i.e. demanding it not to strike into Russia. At the time it's more important to get stuff like HIMARS, there's simply no other way but to withdraw out of the range of that artillery.

Sadly, this means Vovchanks will have to wait for its turn....
