Thought I've mentioned this in one of my reports, back in August: every month, 5,000, 12,000, up to 15,000 new troops are completing their training - of which much is run by NATO-instructors, nowadays. For example, an entire brigade is to return from the UK, by the end of this month.
Obviously, not all of these are 'entirely new' troops; many of TD-units, for example, do not enjoy such training. But, that's OK that way, because it's not their job to do the job of the regulars and reservists: poorly-trained and -equipped TD units have more than carried the brunt of fighting the last few months, and now it's the time to return them to where they belong. Rear areas.
As about what should we anticipate: sorry, I'm not into predicting future.
(It would be plain stupid to prentend I would know what the GenStab-U knows, or could read their minds.)
