The last I recall, two thirds are made of representatives from different dictatorships. You seriously think these have any kind of interest to save some 'Nazis' there? Even if some are semi-democracies, most - including such 'most-important non-NATO allies' like Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, India, Pakistan, etc., etc., etc. - are rather supportive for Putin and convinced the 'West' (incl. Ukraine) 'deserved' this.
