Correspondingly, no, they are not going slower than their plans, but - down to this 'Plan G' - their plans were all a pile of stinking trash. Entirely unrealistic daydreaming, based on illusions, prejudice, demagogery, xenophobia, and all other kinds of worst imaginable idiocies.

The Plan G is a despearte attempt to achieve at least something: it is causing major problems to Ukrainians, no doubt, but is meawnhile two weeks behind the schedule and in turn trashing all the last few 'intact' RFA units.
