The commentator is clueless about the fact that this was not the case as of October 1973. Atop of that, the commentator has no idea that Israel's decision to declare Jerusalem for its capital, taken decades later, is violating multiple international laws and treaties, and is not recognised as legal by anybody bar the USA.
