That's the point: generals day-dreaming about 'commanding armies with a click of a button' - that's an obsolete idea, and entirely pointless in this war. Actually, these days we can see what happens when the VSRF's Constellation ATMS is falling apart: a single hit on the HQ and the entire brigade is running away.

....or if, then only about 'little Napoleons' (meant are NCOs) who're demanding too much artillery support.
