As described in Iran Is Too Much of a Mess to Acquire Russian Weaponry, the IRGC purchased 24 T-90s from Russia (and this around the same time it did its best to block a similar attempt by the regular Iranian Army to buy 300 of these), and distributed them to militias like Quwwat Nimr (‘Tiger Force’), Liwa Suqour as-Sahra, Harakat Hezbollah (i.e. Hezbollah/Iraq), and Harakat an-Nujba.
