The answer is: nope. The frontline runs from Kamianske on Dnipro to an area west of Orikhiv, then south of that town, up to southern approaches to Zaliznychne, via Malynivka (is in Ukrainian hands), to Urozhaine (under Russian contol). Thne there's a 'cauldron' up to and around Velyka Novosilka - which is surrounded from three sides by Ukrainians. Further east, the frontline goes down the road from Velyka Novosilka via Pavlivka to Volodymyrivka.
I.e. Hulyaipole and Vuhledar are both in Ukrainian hands.
And yes: these are two extremely important pieces of real estate. Add Zaliznychne to that.
...before you ask 'why': don't feel at free to go into details.
