Re. Russians: I do not expect them to improve anything at all.

BUT, precisely such a situation shold've prompted somebody there to encourage pilots into developing new tactical methods. After all, Israeli losses of the first 2-3 days of 1973 War prompted them to improve their tactics; Iranian losses of the first few months of war with Iraq in 1980 prompted them to improve their tactics; improved Angolan air defences prompted South African to improve their tactics....
Seems, in this war, even losses cannot prompt anybody into searching to improve: only to adapt...
