Re. grain etc.: sorry to say it - I know this is going to sound cynical and cruel - but, that's 'ambient noises'. No famine can 'move' anybody in the West as powerfully as direct threat for own backside.

This war is going to be decided by oligarchy in control of politicians: either one side is gong to realise that it can enable a relatively quick (and thus cheap) victory through increasing production and providing what's necessary....

....or that oligarchy is really nothing better than the one that launched this aggression and won half the World on its side, meanwhile.

If the latter, then there's actually nothing worth fighting for.
