If even half a milimmetre of your answer is positive: sorry, from my POV, you're just another military incompetent - exactly like Putin and his generals (and so many other presidents, and dictators and their generals, 'before and after').

Why?

Because you would like to do something, but have no means and thus can't do it - at least not in legal way. The only way to reach your objective is by mass-murdering civilians, which is against the law. And yet, you still say, 'that's OK' - instead of not doing it....?
