A few of Ukrainian reserve formations (some 3-4 brigades) have appeared in different parts of eastern Ukraine of the last two weeks.

That said, seems they're mostly operating 'on foot': Russian missile strikes on POL-facilities ('petrol, oil, lubricants') in western Ukraine have greatly decreased Ukrainian strategic reserves and are thus already hampering many of bigger operations.
