Mate, I'm not 'pesimistic' since Ukrainians bushwacked that Russian attack on Voznesensk, completely destroying two BTGs of the RFA and shooting down some 8-10 aircraft and helicopters, back on 4-5 March.

I'm realistic, though, and extremely cautious, too. Can't simply 'run around and claim everything's fine'. It's far from that: for example, Ukrainians must - urgently - find a way to decrease their losses in infantry.
