Last week, I've received lots of such questions - from the media and even from several politicians (in and outside the EU). Essentially, for such operations Ukraine would need a combination of mobile air defence system, necessary to protect its heavy weapons (tanks, armoured personnel carriers and artillery), and then lots of heavy artillery (especially multiple rocket launchers with range of 60-70km). Right now, it seems nobody is ready to deliver such weaponry.
