Re. Soviet-made tanks: yes, Poland has delivered all of its, Czech Republic and Slovenia have followed in fashion. Most of these are either T-72s, or, in the case of Slovenian M84s, based on T-72s. Thus, Ukrainians can rapidly convert their crews to them - and this is done entirely without the Americans or the British.

USA, Germany, Netherlands etc. are involved in training Ukrainians on UAVs and heavy artillery, though.
