I think it's not only Kharkiv: while the Ukrainian GenStab was announcing a new attack on Kriviy Rihh and wherever else, the RFA stripped down the 49th CAA and the 58th CAA of all the reinforcements, froze the situation there and sent troops to Popasna.

And what's going on now? While a 'gentle push' would probably be enough to collapse Russian lines at least between Zaporizhzhya and Vuhledar, all we get to hear from Kyiv are complaints about the FSB organising a separation of Kherson....
