bombers like Tu-95s and Tu-160s have been heavily deployed early during the war, to release cruise missiles. The last reports indicating their operations are from around 10-14 March: seems, they have greatly depleted their stocks of air-launched cruise missiles, and thus were forced to stop such operations.

There are indications for deployment of Tu-22M-3 bombers against Mariupol, but no clear evidence.

All three types could be deployed to carpet-bomb Ukraine, but the Russians seem to be reluctant to deploy them for such purposes because of the threat from Ukrainian S-300s.
