Hello everybody!
I’ve decided not to comment (at least not beyond few sentences) on the following: instead, permit me to draw your attention at few facts: it is on each of you to draw your own conclusions.

Over the last few days, two sets of captured Hamas documents have surfaced in the mainstream- and the social media. Both are containing what is termed ‘targeting intelligence’ in military jargon, and are providing detailed descriptions and orders for terrorist attacks on Israel, undertaken on 7 October 2023.
1.) The way I run into the first set of orders was via this Telegram account: https://t.me/southfirstresponders/172
That set of orders is discussed in the following fashion by the NBC News: ‘Top Secret’ Hamas Documents show that Terrorists intentionally targeted elementary Schools and a Youth Center. It is detailing the plan for attack on the Kibbutz Melafsim.
2.) The link to the second set of orders appeared on a Twitter/X-account that was meanwhile deleted. It is detailing the plan for attack on the Kibbutz Saad.
The two documents are largely identical: primary difference is the set of targeting intelligence, because they are describing two different ‘targets’.
Both documents contain the same order: on the last page, under the point 7, they order the Hamas terrorists to,
‘capture soldiers and civilians for negotiations’ (visible next to the blue mark).

As next, please check the following: Israeli Forces shoot their own Civilians, Kibbutz Survivor says.
AFAIK, this is the most complete account of what was going on with any of hostages, on 7 October 2023, published so far.
PLEASE, be so kind, read the complete feature, including the transcript of the interview at its end (especially before coming to the idea to post your commentary).

You might want to pay attention at something mentioned in that account. That is the ‘Hannibal Directive’, extensively described on the Wikipedia: Hannibal Directive.

Finally, I am advising - especially readers in the USA - the watching of the video here.
Pay attention at Netanyahu’s conclusion: ‘absurd’.
What is your point here? This is anectodal evidence at best. How can we distinguish it from anecdotal evidence which says otherwise? But one thing I find odd about this piece: it repeatedly tries to highlight the good intentions of the Hamas fighters without ever acknowledging that it was the Actions of the Hamas which put the IDF fighters into a position to react quickly and strongly.
Is not the kidnapping of civilian hostages and using one as a human shield a war crime? I sort of understand what you are saying but the bottom line is this is evidence of a Palestinian war crime.
Or maybe I'm stupid.
