Gauging by the fact that they're experiencing massive problems just while trying to keep a quarter of 150,000 troops deployed in Ukraine engaged in all-out combat for longer than 2-3 weeks.... I would say: the qustion is not if they have enough supplies, but if they can bring them to where these matter.
