From the hindsight, it's 'easy' to talk about effects of V1s and V2s from the Second World War. Shahed-136s and Surovikin's Missile Offensive are no 'turning points', but - in combination with all the other stuff the Russians are 'throwing' at Ukraine these days, they are causing damage, and one can never predict the effects.
