For the time being, that's not going to work. What might happen in 1, 2, 3 weeks....no idea, though.
For Russia to run a counteroffensive, it needs operational and coherent units. Right now, it has a mix of dozens of BTGs consisting of 70-100 kontraktniki (thus, too weak to run counteroffensives), and then few big units composed of reservists but sent to battle without any kind of training.
