Arguably, even my books are not entirely free of irony and sarcasm: that is so because wars are a part of politics, and - and after 35+ years in this business of 'war monitoring', I think I'm free to say it - it's a matter of fact that both politics and wars are the most idiotic human activities imaginable. By far and large.

Now, usually, I'm fed up of any war, murder, destruction and suffering after some 3-4 months of intensive monitoring. Since this one is just going on and on, and I doubt anybody can remain sane in the light of all the tragedies caused by sheer idiotism - without sarcasm - sorry, I'll not change that.

Besides, frankly: where would I end if listening to every 'online psychoanalyst' and their 'online advice'? Do you know me in person? Nope. So, what kind of advice can you actually offer?

And yes, I'll give you that nonsense about you're not forced to read: nobody gave donkey's best part when I was reporting about Assadist, IRGC, and Russian mass-murder of Syrians for years here.

Where's the difference now? They're 'Christians and Europeans'....?
