Don't know who said so. Can only speak for myself - and I'm surprised how quickly they're not only 'folding', but running away.

By now it turned out they've had only two (237th GVDV and the 202nd MRR) in all of the area between Shevchenkove and Izyum...

Arguably, additional units have appeared ever since (19th TR, 26th GTR, 254th MRR), but that was far too few.

Thus, the big question is: WTF is the VSRF?
