Sure, many are impressed by his performance as field-commander back in 2014-2015, and then there was a lots of blah-blah about 'Gerasimov Doctrine' in the West of recent years - until it turned out this was just a Western hype, and nothing real.
I do not see what he can change in the current situation? Yell at subordinates louder than Dvornokov can? Be more merciless in pushing them forward?
