Hello everybody!
Looking back at the last few days… can’t avoid the impression: it was all a waste of time. A complete, utter, though highly professional waste of time.
First that ‘ambush in the White House’: the mass of people is jumping to conclusions based on watching the ‘last 5 minutes’ of what actually became a TV-commercial titlted ‘Zelensky is a Warmonger who wants to no Peace’.
Correspondingly, Zelensky is now a ‘hero’.
…and the European ‘leaders’ (read: administrators) are now ‘heroes’ for supporting him…
Actually, when one reconstructs all the details of that meeting, it turns out that after turning down the first two drafts of the ‘minerals treaty’, Zelensky accepted the third, and went there to the White House determined to sign the ‘deal’. I’ll say it again: he was a brave to do so, no doubt, but also a desperate and naive enough to expect some sort of ‘miracles’ from dealing with bullies. A man driven by frustrations and illusions, not by facts.
I understand the Ukrainians are of the sort who ‘pulls together’ when they encounter this kind of enemies - and are thus now cheering Zelensky. However, does anybody there care any more if that ‘deal’ was about to take away Ukrainian sovereignty over (at least) 50% of its income from whatever minerals might be found in the country, and Zelensky was still about to sign it? And who cares if Zelensky was so disappointed he didn’t sign the deal, after the ambush he still went on to state - in two separate interview for Fox ‘News’ (read: Entertainment for the masses of Dumpf, Dance & Musk-supporters) - that he’s still ready to sign the ‘deal’…? Not even Ukrainian fans abroad care. So, why should Ukrainians care?
All that matters is: ‘hero’…
Actually, Zelensky was piss-poor-prepared for that meeting, not briefed by his aides for any kind of other eventualities, not informed by Ukrainian diplomats in Washington DC, nor by his intelligence services about what was (at least) Dance, if not Dumpf too (plus Rubio), about to do. Like it’s so hard to predict these… probably because they’ve made their positions vis-a-vis Ukraine crystal clear, dozens of times (at least since 2016)? And if this was not enough, Zelensky’s command of English remains so poor, I doubt he understood even 50% of what was babbled there…
Actually, Dance was not supposed to be around, and then patiently waited for some 30-35 minutes for Zelensky to stumble into his trap. Which had to happen because, frustrated, exhausted, and ill-prepared Zelensky simply couldn’t but stumble into that trap. And, as the complete, 50+ minutes video is clearly showing, Dance has it so easy to manipulate both Zelensky and Dumpf: use a few ‘hashtags’ and Dumpf is reacting like the social media. Just like parts of the US media then had it easy to manipulate the US public into explaining anti-Dumpf/Dance protests on the streets into ‘set up by paid Democrats’…
What happened next?
Zelensky received ‘hero’s welcome’ in London, where the same Moron and Satirical that already did their ‘best’ to appease Dumpf, but failed, are now scratching together a ‘circle of super-hand-picked administrators’ - to prepare the next ‘super-turbo peace deal’… so they can go on appeasing Dumpf again.
Because, you know, if Dumpf & Dance’s peace-deal for Ukraine is not going to work without Ukraine (and the EU), then their peace-deal for Ukraine is going to work without Pudding…
Really?
By best will: this is the Olympic Games of professional incompetents and zombie idiots. If it wouldn’t be about serious affairs, it could be streamed as a new TV-comedy: this would certainly outmatch even the Monthy Python’s sketch ‘Upper Class Twit of the Year’…
…definitely the ‘Idiot Games’ (both from back in the early 1970s)…
Again: a complete, utter, but highly professional waste of time. ‘Great television’…
Lets get back to serious affairs, and facts.

Kursk
Considering the levels of ‘clear thinking’, ‘visions’, and ‘competence’ in Kyiv, it’s little surprising the ZSU is continuing to bolster failures. For example, Ukraine counter-attacked towards Sverdlikovo. The Russian post said all four vehicles were destroyed but only one is shown. In any case, Russia is still in control of the village and is pushed from Darino to the Ukrainian border. They strengthened their control on northern Pogrebki and the pressure on Nikolskii and now Lebedevka is high.
Shelling and fighting reached Lebedevka.
A Russian airstrike on Guyevo.
Russians have adapted and it’s no longer common to see exploding munitions depot anywhere near the front, but the Ukrainians found one recently.
South Korea says 1-3,000 North Korean soldiers were deployed to Russia as reinforcements.
The Russians established a net tunnel to protect their supply routes near Bakhmut. This one will help protect a Ukrainian supply route in the Sumy area. The reason it’s needed is because Ukrainian logistical vehicles are also being attacked by Russian drones. A Russian drone revealed the 37 pickup trucks and vans, plus 10 armored vehicles that Ukraine lost on just one road since August.

Prisoners are part of their own unit and their commander said at the end of January that he expected to form a battalion of 500 men by the end of February. The unit has been in Kursk from the beginning of the operation and they’ve lost 17 soldiers with another 30 wounded. 10 were sent back to prison for breaking rules, including one that tried to desert several times and stole a car. As part of their contract to join the military, these convicts will receive an additional ten years to whatever time they had remaining.

(…to be continued…)
Thanks Tom&Don,
Dumpf demands and overtures are so clear that even if Zelensky stumbles here and there, I still think they won’t be realised. On the other side I’m concerned more about the peace plans of the Europeans (the Morons, etc) who rather to take concrete actions to arm Ukraine or provide some aid are actually pushing for their own “ceasefire” and peace “plan”. But under the disguise of “whatever-it-takes support”, “coalition of the willing”, “Ukraine-on-the-table” etc.
One very interesting part of the Oval Office ambush was how Trump views his relationship with Putin:
TRUMP: What are you saying?
VANCE: She’s asking, ‘what if Russia breaks the ceasefire?’
TRUMP: Well what if they—what if anything! What if a bomb drops on your head right now? Okay? What if they broke it? I don’t know. They broke it with Biden because Biden, they didn’t respect him, they didn’t respect Obama. They respect me. Let me tell you, Putin went through a hell of a lot with me. He went through a phony witch hunt where they used him and Russia—Russia, Russia, Russia, you ever hear of that deal? That was a phony—that was a phony Hunter Biden, Joe Biden scam. Hillary Clinton, shifty Adam Schiff, it was a Democrat scam. And he had to go through that. And he did go through it and we didn’t end up in a war. He went through it, he was accused of all that stuff—he had nothing to do with it. It came out of Hunter Biden’s bathroom. It came out of Hunter Biden’s bedroom. It was disgusting. And then they said, ‘Oh, oh, the laptop from hell was made by Russia.’ The 51 agents, the whole thing was a scam, and he had to put up with that. He was being accused of all that stuff. All I can say is this: He might’ve broken deals with Obama, and Bush, and he might’ve broken them with Biden. He did, maybe, maybe he didn’t—I don’t know what happened. But he didn’t break them with me. He wants to make a deal. I don’t know if he can make a deal.
See how Trump identifies with Putin? That's a quite illuminating piece...
