Trump, Hegseth, and possibly others could be indicted over the ‘drug boat’ bombings or their civilian targeting in Iran. The might of the USA may protect them, but it mightn’t be enough to stop an ICC signatory country arresting and extraditing them should they risk travelling abroad.
It’s hard to see the bluster about dismantling the ICC coming to anything.
Present and past US officials could be indicted over dozens of incidents. Just this administration could be indicted for attacking Iran, Gaza, Venezuela, Cuba etc.

I haven't heard of any reports talking about external pressure, except a request by the Trump administration not to attack the Novorossiysk terminal because Exxon and Mobil are part-owners of the pipeline. Ukraine still attacked it.
Export facilities and ships in the Black Sea have been attacked. Export facilities and a couple of ships in the Baltic Sea have been attacked, but less frequently. Without facts, we can only speculate based on associated information. One such speculation is that Ukraine has other priorities with a limited number of drones. Another speculation is that the Fire Point co-owner is trying to pressure leadership into targeting the Baltic Sea ships. Beyond that, I'll have to wait for more direct or associated data to form a basis for reporting or speculation.
