I've got a number of reliable reports about Iraqis deploying FAB-6000M-54s and FAB-9000M-54s from their old Tu-22s, back in the 1970s and 1980s. Indeed, they eventually launched production of both - for deployment of such weapons even from their Tu-16s, during the war with Iran.

Arguably, some of manoeuvres necessary to deploy such weapons in face of well-developed enemy air defences were something the Soviets crews were refusing to fly with their Tu-22s, back in the 1970s and 1980s, but... well, let's say that Arabs didn't pay much attention about opinions of 'their Soviet advisors'.
