Two ‘Russian aircraft’ were reported overflying the Jishr ash-Shughour area in south-eastern direction around 02.40 and 02.43, and then two take-offs from Tiyas AB were reported: a fighter jet at 02.53 and a helicopter at 03.19. Additional ‘Russian aircraft’ were then sighted/heard over Jishr while heading in south-eastern direction at 03.32 and 03.45.
The rest of the morning was entirely quiet until 11.45, when one helicopter took-off from Tiyas and went in eastern direction. Around 13.25, a Russian fighter jet passed the Jishr area on the way to south-east. The same was reported around 15.24, too.
Rest of the afternoon was entirely quiet again. It was only at 21.20, that a helicopter was reported from Tiyas area, and then one from Damascus area (the latter was heading for Dera’a). Two other helicopters were sighted flying in similar direction at 21.42 and 22.54. At 23.24, Kweres launched one fighter-bomber (probably a L-39) in south-eastern direction, and at 23.37 and 23.49hrs each, a single Russian aircraft launched from Hmemmem AB.

UPDATE
According to NORS, insurgents rocketed Marj Ruhayyil AB on this day (which they call the ‘Baly Air Base’), supposedly with ‘up to 300 BM-21 rockets’. FSyA’s Usoud ash-Sharqiya claimed the destruction of 6 helicopters. On 15 June 2017, pro-regime sources claimed no damage was caused and that 5 helicopters took-off for combat operations.
