1.) The 92nd Mech is slightly bigger than before the war. Sorry if I do not go into other details, but there's a good reason I call it 'reinforced'.
2.) Nope, no news.
3.) Yes. The RT is now airing videos of RFA SOF 'raiding homes and finding weapoons caches' from that part of Ukraine.
4.) Putin's about to announce a 'biiiig victory' in Mariupol, and might simply decide to ignore the remaining defenders there - even if they're tying down lots of RFA/Separatist troops. Is fine with him, exactly like he declared a victory in Syria, three times, but the war is still going on.
Therefore, conclusion is on hand: there will be no RFA withdrawal from Ukraine.
Re. good/bad news: it might appear some news are 'actually good', but keep in mind that if it wants to recover anything of that the RFA already controls, Ukraine will have to fight bitterly.
It's one thing to ambush the enemy from well-prepared positions; it's an entirely different story to leave protecting of those positions in order to advance.
Finally, yes, the RFA has no means to launch 'big drives deep into Ukraine' any more. It's got to grind down every fortified position in its way. But, this doesn't mean that it's going to stop trying.
