3.) Not sure, but don't think so. I think Kyiv rushed whatever troops it can to the East.
4.) Yes. I'll not go into further details, but even while trying to remain conservative, I have few doubts that Ukraine meanwhile has more than 400,000 troops under arms.
5.) No. The reason are their weapons systems: these are of Soviet/Russian origin, and as such limited to operating only very specific weapons of Soviet/Russian origin. Adapting such weapons systems to operate Western weapons is extremely complex, costly, and time-consuming.
6.) They say they do have them (see my 'Supplement' from today), but there is very little of that to see.
